Australian Environmental Law Enforcement and Regulators Network

(AELERT) is a network of environmental regulatory agencies who are responsible for the management of natural resources or the protection of the environment. It aims to build relationships between jurisdictions to facilitate the sharing of information and to improve the regulatory compliance capacity of member agencies. It also seeks to develop national standards for training and best practice in environmental regulation.
